By commissioning me, You agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all projects. Not reading these does not exclude you from them.

✦ Clients may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (social media, personal prints, etc.) with proper credit.✦ I retain the right to refuse, cancel, or issue a refund for any commission at my discretion.✦ The commissioner may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own creation. Credit to the artist must be given whenever the artwork is shared or displayed publicly.✦ The commissioned artwork may not be used, in whole or in part, for training, feeding, or inputting into any AI or machine learning models. It may not be altered, reproduced, or generated using AI tools without my explicit written permission.✦ No physical items will be shipped. The commissioner will receive a digital file only✦ Commercial use must be agreed upon beforehand and may require an additional fee.✦ Redistribution, resale, or NFT/minting without permission is prohibited.✦ I retain all copyright to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.✦ I may post the commissioned artwork on my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests privacy beforehand.✦After completion, you are free to use the commissioned artwork as you wish, except for reselling, making significant alterations, or claiming authorship. Light modifications such as adding text, backgrounds, or decorative elements are fine, but applying heavy filters or distorting the image is not permitted.
